Naomi House is a non-profit (501c3), faith-based organization. We are a Life Training Home for Mothers. This means women who are facing homelessness can come and stay with us until they are able to move out successfully. We point them to all the local resources available in our area, as well as the best resource any of us have, God Himself. Women have time to transition from survival mode to success mode. She doesn’t have to worry about paying rent, utilities, clothing etc. while she’s stays with us. Each woman can evaluate where she’s been and where she’s going, with God’s help.

Women will spend the first 6 months at Naomi House attending 2 hours of classes daily during the week. Classes will include: Parenting, Money Management, Work Ethic, Home Ec, Healthy Living, Relationship Success, Successful Living, Christian Discipleship, Emotional Health, and General Education Help. This more intensive training will help ensure long term success.

After this she will transition into work, paying off debts and saving money for the future.

We are a faith based organization. We meet daily for prayer and bible study. In this way women are given hope that even though they may have failed in the past, God is waiting to forgive them, and restore their hope. This really is the key to any one’s success. We teach Godly principals that will keep the women from making the same mistakes that hurt them in the past. If a woman is feeling unloved, she (like each one of us) may be tempted to do irresponsible or hurtful things to get love. And in the end, not recieve the love she’s looking for.
Our goal, our mission, is to teach people that Christ’s love is readily available, for free. This love is the only one that satisfies.
